The Perch began long before it became a villa.For years, this property stood unfinished, quietly waiting on a hillside tucked away in Klong Muang. Many passed by without noticing its potential. Then one day, I discovered this hidden gem. Standing on the property, I looked out and saw the Andaman Sea stretching across the horizon. In that moment, I knew this place was meant to become something special.

The vision was never simply to complete a building. It was to create a sanctuary.

Inspired by the meaning of "perch"—a place to pause, rest, and take in the view—The Perch was designed as a retreat where guests can step away from the pace of everyday life. A place where mornings begin with ocean views, afternoons are filled with gentle sea breezes, and evenings end beneath unforgettable sunsets.
